This person will serve as the bridge between operational and development teams, contributing to the design and implementation of efficient solutions aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** Model, document, and automate business processes in Bizagi, using BPMN to ensure processes are clear and efficient. Interact with users to review current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design optimized workflows. Propose and implement technological solutions in Bizagi for process automation. Conduct testing of automated processes to ensure they function correctly and meet business needs. Ensure Bizagi integration with other systems and coordinate with technical teams during solution implementation. Monitor process KPIs to evaluate the impact of implemented improvements and make adjustments as necessary. Requirements * Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Bizagi in business process analysis, modeling, and automation. * In-depth knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) for modeling business processes in Bizagi. * Experience interacting with users to review, analyze, and propose improvements to existing business processes. * Ability to optimize and automate business processes using the Bizagi platform, improving organizational efficiency. * Skills in identifying process bottlenecks and proposing effective solutions.
