INVERSIONES PERUANAS 360 SAC is seeking a School Administrator for the LUMBRE school branch in Miraflores with a background in business, administration, marketing, or related fields to work full-time **(SCHOOL MANAGER)** **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields with sales experience to lead our school. LUMBRE school is the most important center in the country specialized in the human voice; with over 10 years of presence, we have been internationally recognized for our innovative teaching method. Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration, sales, or related fields Excellent communication skills and customer service Strong work ethic and leadership abilities **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Provide customers with the highest quality service experience from their first contact at the site, including customer retention, membership renewals, and handling inquiries or requests. 2\. Collaborate as part of a team with academic staff, commercial staff, maintenance, and management. 3\. Manage the student community through various platforms to foster loyalty to the school. 4\. Monitor sales staff performance to achieve monthly sales targets. 5\. Coordinate class schedules with teachers and students. 6\. Supervise personnel and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance of equipment and furniture. 7\. Establish academic partnerships with companies and institutions to expand our client portfolio. **WORK LOCATION** 100% on-site in Miraflores, Av.
