





At **Credicorp Capital** we invite you to turn challenges into opportunities by becoming our next **Regional Segment VP \- Private Banking**, responsible for designing, leading and executing the segment's comprehensive regional strategy, ensuring a differentiated, profitable value proposition aligned with each country's specific needs. **Main responsibilities:** Segment Strategic Vision: * Define segment strategy at both regional and country levels under a common framework (blueprint) with local adaptations. * Design the segment's strategic and operational structure. * Ensure alignment between value proposition, commercial execution, and expected profitability. * Define acquisition, cross sell, up sell, deep sell, retention, and loyalty strategies and policies. Value Proposition and Differentiation: * Define the value proposition for each subsegment, including affluent clients outside the country. * Identify differentiating elements within each vertical (e.g., personalized advisory by client type, financial planning solutions, specific products (GDA, MDK, etc.), differentiated benefits and loyalty programs). * Manage customer experience and customer journeys. Competitive Analysis and Profitability: * Understand competitor positioning by segment. * Design strategies to sustainably gain market share. * Drive segment presence in key markets. Brand Management and Communication: * Co\-design with Marketing the brand value proposition for the segment. * Ensure proper implementation and communication across all touchpoints. Execution and Monitoring: * Translate strategy into concrete, measurable action plans. * Coordinate with various business areas to ensure effective execution. * Serve as the voice of the segment in decision-making processes. * Define omnichannel management strategy and expected service model. Establish metrics for each channel. Regional Governance and Standardization: * Promote standardization of processes, tools, and metrics at the regional level. * Ensure consistency in customer experience without sacrificing local flexibility. **Knowledge, experience, and required skills:** * Degrees: Business Administration, Engineering or related fields * Advanced Excel proficiency and macros (user level) * Advanced English * Experience: 9 to 13 years * Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Consulting, Product Management, or similar roles. * Ideal experience in commercial strategy, digital transformation, planning, and consulting. ***This opportunity is also available to people with disabilities.***
