We are looking for responsible, proactive, and safety-compliance-oriented personnel, available to perform operational tasks and join a stable team. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Residency in Ventanilla or surrounding areas of Parque Porcino. * Availability to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with scheduled rest days. * Availability to work extended 12-hour shifts and 6-hour shifts on Saturdays. **Job Responsibilities:** * Perform loading, unloading, and movement of waste or materials according to defined procedures. * Assist in organizing and reviewing documentation related to operations. * Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor according to service requirements. **Benefits:** * Formal payroll from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Guaranteed and timely bi-weekly payments. * Additional support for transportation and meals. * Attendance compliance bonus. * Extraordinary bonus of S/ 1,000 in June and November. * Continuous training and development. * Career path and opportunities for professional growth.
