Job Summary: We are seeking technicians with their own motorcycles to perform maintenance work on cable, telephone, or internet installations. Key Highlights: 1. Paid training 2. Full payroll enrollment from day one 3. Career development path On behalf of our client, CICSA, we are looking for TECHNICIANS WITH THEIR OWN MOTORCYCLES FOR LIMA. **What will you do? You will be responsible for performing maintenance work on cable, telephone, or internet installations.** Requirements: * Technicians with or without experience (if no experience, one month of paid training will be provided) * Own motorcycle in good condition with rear rack * Valid driver's license, SOAT insurance, and rear rack Benefits: * **One month of paid training (S/1300 soles)** * **Full payroll enrollment from the first day of work** * **Base salary of 1300 soles** * **300 soles attendance bonus** * **900 soles welcome bonus (300 soles paid each month for the first three months \= 900 soles)** * **Average monthly commissions of 1500 soles for installations** * **700 soles for using your own motorcycle** * **Career development path** * **Company profit-sharing** Schedule and Routes: * Six days per week, one day off, working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM. * Installations assigned by districts near your residence. The interview and training will take place at the company's base in Villa El Salvador. If the candidate resides in distant districts, free accommodation will be provided during the one-month training period.
