Job Summary: JTM is looking for an ambitious intern to develop functionalities for management platforms, design APIs, and collaborate across the full development lifecycle—with close mentorship and exposure to a complete technology stack. We design custom management platforms—from clinics to restaurants—that digitize entire workflows: electronic medical records, point-of-sale, e-invoicing, inventory management, and more. We don’t build generic software: we create products already running in real customer environments—transforming how they operate. We’re a young startup with a small team and big ambitions. That means interns here don’t fetch coffee or observe from afar: they write production code, propose solutions, and grow rapidly alongside people who actively teach them. **What You’ll Do** * Develop real frontend and backend features for our platforms—used daily by customers. * Design and implement APIs and work with relational databases. * Collaborate with the Operations team across the full cycle: from design to delivery. * Support UX/UI decisions and justify the "why" behind each design choice. * Use AI tools to accelerate your work. **What We’re Looking For (Core Requirements)** * Currently enrolled in the 8th semester or beyond in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Solid fundamentals in databases and web application architecture. * Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript. * Experience with at least one framework: Angular, Vue, or React. * Proficiency with Git. * Familiarity with AI tools. * Effective communication skills. * English level B1 (technical documentation reading). **Bonus Points (Desirable)** *Backend Profile:* * Databases (SQL, MySQL, Postgres, Supabase) and relational database design. * API design and implementation. * At least one language: Java, C# or Python. *Frontend Profile:* * Design platforms (Figma, Canva). * Translating designs into technical requirements. * User experience judgment and ability to justify design decisions. **What We Offer** * Work on real projects with direct impact from day one. * Close mentorship from a team committed to your rapid growth. * Exposure to the full stack: databases, APIs, frontend, AI. **Interested?** Apply here.
