





Main responsibilities: * Provide administrative and operational support in the activities of the Business Incubator. * Track and record progress of ventures supported by the department. * Support the team of mentors and tutors in coordinating actions for interdisciplinary approaches to ventures. * Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions scheduled by the program coordination. * Assist in identifying and registering potential partnerships with other incubators, companies, or organizations as directed by the coordination. * Support the organization of events related to social responsibility, such as the UARM Challenge, in collaboration with students and alumni. * Assist in administrative procedures to connect the Incubator with public programs and entrepreneurship support networks, such as StartUp Perú, ProInnovate, and Perú Incuba. Requirements: * Graduate of Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Prior work experience in business incubation, entrepreneurship, and project management, monitoring, and evaluation. * Knowledge of business management and organizational processes. * Knowledge of project management.
