




*We are looking for* a Community Manager, passionate, creative, self-taught, skilled, with great ingenuity and charisma: **Description of Knowledge and Skills:** * Creation of content calendars, implementation of segmented guidelines, and marketing and advertising strategies. * **Proficiency in digital tools: Operation of CMS, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Hootsuite, TikTok Studio, Instagram, YouTube Studio. As well as basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.** * **Writing:** Ability to write high-quality content tailored to the specific characteristics of each platform and channel, as each brand has its own positioning. * **Creativity:** Original content that provides value and differentiation compared to competitors. * **Teamwork:** Coordinate and develop suitable strategies for each brand and channel. * **Active listening:** Essential for managing the online community. The CM will be responsible for receiving and handling various user messages arriving through multiple channels. Persuasive, solution-oriented, and responsible in providing customized feedback to each user, avoiding escalation of issues, especially in cases of complaints or claims. * **Adaptability:** Enables delivering excellent service to clients with diverse characteristics and needs, while adapting to constant changes in the digital sector. * **Analytical skills:** Data analysis allows verification of whether objectives are being met and, if not, redefining the strategy. Additionally, it helps identify opportunities and trends, enabling us to provide clients with exactly what they need at any given moment. * **Measurement and Analysis:** Monitoring all defined indicators and KPIs to achieve set objectives. This includes measuring engagement rate, community growth, reach, total interactions, and conversion rate per social profile. Preparation of monthly progress reports demonstrating achievement of established goals. **Requirements:** * Studies in communication sciences, marketing, public relations, advertising, or graphic design (not essential if relevant experience and knowledge are demonstrated). * Minimum of 6 months of experience in the Community Management field. * Knowledge of Meta, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Studio. (essential) * Availability to work in Los Olivos, near Tomas Valle condominium.
