Requirements: \- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. \- Knowledge in handling complaints. (Desirable) \- Minimum of two (02\) years of experience in roles such as customer experience assistant or similar, in private or public organizations, preferably within the healthcare sector or similar activities. Functions: \- Conduct and evaluate market research studies and/or surveys to analyze our patients' needs and competition. \- Carry out necessary actions to strengthen the company's brand and corporate image. \- Identify and present new alternatives for improving patient experience. \- Ensure the implementation of the company's promotional campaigns, event organization, and medical outreach campaigns. \- Supervise the proper execution of patient experience, particularly focusing on patient and family recommendations and customer NPS.
