





**Vida Software**, a leader in artificial intelligence solutions for mass consumption companies, is seeking a **Customer Success Agent** with a strong focus on corporate clients and technical expertise in data analysis. **Responsibilities** * Manage relationships with high-level corporate accounts in the mass consumption sector at FORTUNE 500 level. * Coordinate the execution of analytics and system projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery. * Translate business needs into clear technical requirements. * Generate reports, insights, and executive presentations based on data. * Lead strategic meetings, quarterly reviews, and user training sessions. * Identify opportunities for expansion or improvement within assigned accounts. **Requirements** * **Fluent spoken and written English**. * **Minimum of 5 years of experience** in Customer Success, project management, or consulting within the mass consumption industry. * Solid knowledge of data analysis, Power BI, and understanding of ETL processes. * Ability to interact with sales, marketing, and trade directors at large corporations. * Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills. * Desired: Project management certification (PMP, Scrum) and experience with CRM or SaaS tools. **Ideal Profile** A professional with a consulting mindset, capable of balancing technical detail with strategic business vision, who enjoys working with demanding clients and high-impact projects.
