




Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Installations Coordinator to oversee the execution of installations, coordinate teams, and ensure quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Field support and incident handling A leading integrated advertising company with over 25 years of market experience is looking for a Junior Installations Coordinator to ensure the proper execution and supervision of scheduled installations, coordinate work teams, and guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and timeline requirements. What We Expect From You: Organize, assign, and supervise installation tasks during working hours. Manage work scheduling and prepare progress reports in coordination with installation supervisors. Supervise installation activities across various operational sites, verifying installers' photographic reports against work orders. Handle requests and complaints related to installations, coordinating necessary replacements or repairs. Provide support for emergency installations and conduct site inspection visits as required. Maintain constant communication with involved departments to coordinate job details and requirements. Immediately report any incidents occurring during installations to your supervisor and the Planning Department. Record and monitor attendance of in-house and third-party installers. Collect and manage documentation required for access to installation sites. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by your immediate supervisor. What Qualifications Do We Require?: Completed secondary education. Training or knowledge of working at heights and safety regulations. Knowledge of installation processes, advertising production, or related activities. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions.
