Conduct direct collection activities with local clients. Prepare weekly analytical and operational collection reports. Track outstanding debt, perform reconciliations, and coordinate with clients. Obtain payment dates, coordinate and timely follow up with clients, and verify deposits into bank accounts on the agreed date. Communicate with sales executives / commercial directors regarding necessary actions to resolve critical cases. Apply customer payments and reduce customer account balances. Maintain monthly delinquency rate at the assigned target level. Develop recovery plans for overdue collections.
