Must demonstrate sensitivity towards sustainability, company-community relations, collaborative work, and handling communication technologies both in the field and office settings. **Key competencies and skills:** · Vocation to understand social management within **environmental studies** and **Environmental Management Instruments.** · Ability to **communicate technical information in accessible language** for communities and diverse audiences. · Willingness to carry out **fieldwork** in rural and/or urban areas. · Proficiency in **digital communication tools**, such as social media, collaborative platforms, basic video and photo editing, georeferencing, or participatory mapping. · Skills in **writing reports, bulletins, and educational materials.** · Capacity to work in **multidisciplinary teams** with an intercultural approach. · Strong ethical sense, proactivity, and empathy when interacting with social stakeholders. · **Document management and systematization.** **Main responsibilities:** · **Provide support** in activities related to the social and communicational aspects of the company. · **Draft social reports:** Socioeconomic and Cultural Baseline, Citizen Participation Plan, Community Relations Plan, etc. Produce audiovisual materials, press releases, and field reports tailored to specific social contexts. · **Conduct fieldwork:** surveys, interviews, stakeholder mapping, focus groups with various ethnic groups. · **Accompany and support** the implementation of Citizen Participation Workshops and Public Hearings across different regions of the country. **Desirable requirements:** · Availability to conduct fieldwork in coastal, mountain, and jungle regions. · Willingness to learn about environmental and social management in Environmental Studies. · Proficiency in digital communication tools. · Immediate availability.
