As a ***Social Worker***, you will contribute to the well-being and development of our employees, promoting initiatives that strengthen the work environment and our team's quality of life. Join ***Auto Summit*** and make a positive impact on people! **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** Plan, implement, and evaluate social welfare programs for employees to improve the organizational climate, manage procedures with institutions such as EsSalud, and provide support in vulnerable situations. **FUNCTIONS:** * **Insurance and Subsidy Management:** Register employees, process medical leave exchanges, and recover subsidies through **EsSalud** (VIVA or in-person). * **Well-being and Work Climate:** Design and implement the Annual Well-being Plan (events, celebrations, integration campaigns). * **Social Case Management:** Conduct home and hospital visits to assess employees' socio\-family situations. * **Occupational Health:** Coordinate preventive health campaigns and occupational medical examinations (EMO) jointly with the company physician. * **Benefits Administration:** Manage corporate agreements (education, health, recreation) and private insurance (EPS, SCTR, Life Insurance under Law). * **Family Counseling:** Provide support during crises, domestic violence, or financial difficulties. * Other duties inherent to the position delegated by the immediate supervisor. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. * Valid professional license. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. * Availability to work in the districts of San Isidro and La Molina. **COMPETENCIES:** * Empathy / Assertive Communication / Conflict Resolution / Organization Salary: S/.2,200\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
