We believe technology is the engine—but people are the heart—of change. **What will you do in this role?** Your mission will be to lead, define, and design scalable, secure, and efficient technological solutions aligned with Enterprise Architecture. * You will **orchestrate** the technology roadmap (AS\-IS, Transition, and TO\-BE) per business unit. * You will **design** Web and Mobile architectures applying modern patterns such as *Circuit Breaker* and *CQRS*. * You will act as a **strategic bridge** between development teams, IT operations, and security. * You will **ensure quality**, approving solution designs and managing technical debt. * You will provide **technical leadership** within agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe), participating in PI Plannings and delivering mentorship. **What are we looking for in you?** **Technical Competencies:** * **Experience:** Minimum 7 years in technical leadership roles, including at least 2 years specifically as a Solutions Architect. * **Cloud Computing:** Proficiency in Azure Cloud (preferred) or AWS under IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models. * **SAP Ecosystem:** Technical experience with SAP CPI, PO/PI, and functional knowledge (FI, SD, MM, HR, SCM). * **IT Architecture:** Design of Application, Data, and Infrastructure layers using Open API Framework. * **Methodologies:** Mastery of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Lean) and familiarity with TOGAF. * **Education:** Degree in Systems Engineering or related field, with intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Soft Skills:** * Leadership and mentoring of technical teams. * Clear and effective technical communication with Business Partners. * Analytical capability to manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously. **What do we offer?** * **Real Growth:** Career development plan for Senior and Lead profiles. * **Impact:** Participation in architecture projects for high-impact organizations. * **Corporate Benefits:** Specialized IT staffing contract. **Are you looking for a place where your potential becomes real-world experience?** We don’t expect you to be an expert in every tool from day one—but we do expect you to have the technical foundation and strategic vision to transform businesses.
