Grupo Pana, an important automotive company and Toyota dealership, is seeking to fill the position with the following profile: Mechanical Technician \- Callao **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Automotive Mechanics, Automotive Electrical Systems, or Mechatronics. * 2 years of experience in the position or similar roles * Class A1 driver's license * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Basic electronics knowledge * General knowledge of Automotive Mechanics and Automotive Electrical Systems at technician level **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive maintenance (periodic) operations on motor vehicles (inspection, adjustment, part replacement) according to Toyota standards and timeframes, ensuring vehicle operability. * Perform corrective maintenance (repairs) on motor vehicles according to established standards and timeframes. * Diagnose and identify necessary actions to resolve vehicle malfunction issues. * Properly operate equipment, tools, and/or machinery assigned by the company to maintain order. * Maintain required communication flow within their duties and when necessary. **Benefits** * Full payroll inclusion * 100% EPS coverage * Performance bonus * Corporate discounts * Market-competitive salary Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
