Main Responsibilities: \* Lead the new loyalty program project. \* Be responsible for product design, implementation, and performance measurement. \* Coordinate with commercial, marketing, and general management teams. Requirements: \* Bachelor's degree in administration, marketing, industrial engineering, or related fields. \* Experience in banking or financial institutions. \* Experience with loyalty systems. \* More than 2 years of experience as a financial products manager. \* Knowledge of tools such as Office, Power BI, agile methodologies, among others.
