Position Objective:** Schedule and coordinate the delivery of finished products, ensuring efficiency primarily in the cutting and converting processes, guaranteeing that the output from prior processes is adequate to meet customer service requirements, billing targets and net packaging output, while generating timely alerts regarding potential delivery risks to stakeholders across various processes. Lead area efficiency projects in coordination with production planners, operations, and customer service, ensuring that planned activities for each are executed. **2\. Main Responsibilities:** * Carry out cutting scheduling with area managers, ensuring achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets. * Carry out converting scheduling with area managers, ensuring materials are available at the right time for subsequent processes. * Balance cutting orders in a way that enables achievement of net packaging meter and tonnage targets. * Efficiently plan cutting process resources together with the area manager, such as machine interventions (maintenance), vacations, and other tasks impacting process productivity. * Ensure order deliveries occur on the requested date, maintaining a consistently high service level for our customers. * Proactively manage risks related to order deliveries, coordinating with various departments to mitigate them and meet customer deadlines or, if necessary, promptly communicate changes in delivery dates to the Customer Service team. * Monitor and analyze area indicators (DIFOT 2, Print Combos, MTS Extrusion Inflow, Complex Structures, Production End Date Deviation, Hot Index, Lead Time Improvement) * Manage appropriate inventory levels for each process according to company policy. * Develop improvement projects to reduce inefficiencies during execution of the proposed Production Plan. * Comply with Internal Work Regulations and Internal Safety and Occupational Health Regulations. * Comply with BRCGS Packaging, BPM, HACCP standards. **4\. Main Challenges and Complexities:** Scheduling orders with non-standardized delivery lead times by families and structures. Continuously seeking optimal production sequencing despite potential disruptions from external factors, such as raw material delivery delays, unplanned machine stoppages, and urgent customer requests.
