What you will do Execute technical support for the assigned line or lines (Mill Lining). Comply with and enforce company safety procedures. Execute the weekly technical support program for the assigned area and/or line. Travel to customer sites for technical support when required. Review and execute requirements assigned by the TS planning department and immediate supervisor. Issue warranty reports and/or failure analysis generated. Stay updated on matters within your scope. Issue and maintain custody of reports on significant work performed. Comply with and ensure compliance with safety, PDD and other KPIs assigned by the company. Maintain constant communication with all members of your team, TS management, SAMs, TSS and other departments. Identify and centralize improvement opportunities for our components and equipment according to the operational context at each of our customers. Provide feedback to the global team. Carry out activities in accordance with safety procedures and standards. Know and comply with Management System Policies. Comply with procedures, instructions and documents of the management systems. Report any incident, accident and/or risk condition that could affect the safety and health of people, equipment or the environment. Comply with internal company rules and regulations. What professional profile you should have Minimum 3 years of experience in Field Support for loading equipment in mining operations in the Mill Lining line. Knowledge in wear analysis of mill liners. Knowledge in the use of 3D Faro laser scanner. Knowledge in mill liner installation. Understanding of mechanical failure modes of mill liners. Troubleshooting during mill liner installation. Wear analysis of liners through ultrasonic testing, operation of UT equipment. (desirable) Intermediate English (desirable) Intermediate level of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
