**POSITION:** MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT\-GENERAL HANDYMAN **HDPE Pipe Plant (Lurín) \- Production Operator** A leading company dedicated to the manufacturing of high-density plastic pipes (HDPE) is seeking a **MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT\-GENERAL HANDYMAN** to join its plant team. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Masonry:** Breaking and sealing floors for pipe installation (cold water, hot water, drains), covering pits, and repairing supports within the plant. * **Painting:** Surface preparation and painting of oxidized equipment (mills, extruders, tanks, supports, stairs, etc.) and metal structures. * **Plumbing:** Maintenance of sinks and sanitary fixtures, installation of galvanized (air) and PVC (cold and hot water) pipes, and connections to water systems (water softener, pelletizer, production lines). * **General support:** Keeping work areas organized and clean, assisting in preventive/corrective tasks, and coordinating with technical staff. **EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:** Incomplete technical studies in mechanical or electrical fields, or relevant work experience. **SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION** 1\. Basic knowledge in masonry, plumbing, and painting 2\. Painting: Surface preparation and painting of oxidized equipment (mills, extruders, tanks, supports, stairs, etc.) and metal structures. 3\. Proficient in using manual and electric tools. 4\. Ability to perform minor installations and repairs (pipes, floors, structures). 5\. Organized, responsible, and proactive. 6\. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. 7\.
