In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture, and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** Responsibilities: * Execute lubrication of equipment in the concentrator plant based on weekly scheduled routes with daily compliance. * Prepare and submit detailed daily reports on lubrication activities and equipment conditions. * Consolidate lubrication data and maintain accurate records of all work performed. * Propose improvements regarding lubricant types, lubrication frequencies, and lubricant quantities based on asset conditions. * Immediately report adverse and critical conditions of any equipment to supervision. * Conduct periodic inspections of machinery and equipment to determine lubrication needs. * Select and apply appropriate lubricants, oils, and greases to machinery components. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and handling of lubricants. * Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate lubrication activities during scheduled shutdowns or repairs. * Participate in continuous training to stay updated on lubrication technologies and best practices. * Comply with all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment while performing tasks. * Troubleshoot lubrication-related issues and recommend corrective actions to prevent equipment failures. **Requirements** Qualifications: * Professional mechanical technician certification or equivalent. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in lubrication work at concentrator plants. * MLT I (Machine Lubrication Technician Level I) certification required. * Extensive mechanical knowledge of concentrator plant equipment. * Solid understanding of lubrication principles, techniques, and best practices. * Familiarity with various types of lubricants, their properties, and applications. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and lubrication diagrams. * Proficiency in using lubrication tools and equipment. * High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to address lubrication-related issues. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Willingness to work in various environmental conditions (indoor/outdoor, cold/heat). * Valid driver's license and ability to operate mobile equipment as needed. * Commitment to safety protocols and willingness to wear appropriate personal protective equipment. * Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. **Additional Information** * Payroll inclusion from day one. * Life Insurance as per law. * Biweekly payments. * Corporate agreements.
