**Planning Assistant** We are looking for a **Planning Assistant** to join the METAMSUR S.AC. team located in the district of DEAN VALDIVIA, ISLAY. The ideal candidate must have experience in planning, monitoring, and tracking work plans, budgets, data management, and information handling. **Responsibilities** * Assist in the formulation, updating, and monitoring of project work plans, schedules, and budgets. This includes developing short-, medium-, and long-term execution plans. * Continuously monitor the physical and financial progress of the project, identifying potential deviations and alerting the team to take necessary corrective actions. * Collaborate in designing and implementing systems for collecting, organizing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data. Maintain updated databases and prepare technical reports on project progress. * Support the preparation of periodic reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) presenting the advancement status, achieved results, and challenges faced. * Collaborate with different project areas and stakeholders, such as local institutions and beneficiaries, to ensure proper coordination of activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields * Proven experience in planning (Minimum 1 year) * Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills * Ability to work in a team * Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power BI - intermediate) * Soft skills * Availability to travel and reside in Islay-Dean Valdivia **We Offer** * Market-competitive salary * Payroll inclusion from the first day of work - mype * 100% covered lunch * 100% covered accommodation if not from the area * Career development opportunities * Work from Monday to Saturday * Positive work environment Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
