We are an industrial company dedicated to maintenance services and the manufacturing of Cooling Towers, currently in a full expansion process. We are looking for Production Assistants to support us in generating, carrying out, and fulfilling the production schedule for the fiberglass application process on cooling tower structures, and ensuring proper individual assembly and required resources for production: **PRODUCTION AND SERVICE ASSISTANT** **Responsibilities:** * Carry out tasks assigned by the Section Technical Supervisor. * Assist in mold waxing and polishing tasks. * Assist in cutting fiberglass mats and fabrics. * Assist in resin preparation. * Ensure their work area is kept clean and organized, as well as molds commonly used in the manufacturing of various FRP components. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment during work activities. · Report directly to their Supervisor and/or Section Technician. · Perform cooling tower maintenance services when required. **Experience:** Experience working in an industrial company in similar positions. **Requirements:** \- Minimum education: Completed Secondary School. \- Desired experience in physical and manual tasks, and product organization. \- Must reside in areas near Lurín. **Work Location:** Lurín Plant **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, **7:30 to 17:30 hrs (12:00 – 1:00 lunch break)** **Salary: Negotiable** Position type: Full-time, Permanent Workplace: On-site position
