We are currently looking for a Part-Time Team Leader to join our team at Mall Plaza Bellavista! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and coordinate the work team, ensuring a positive and efficient environment. * Provide friendly, personalized, and high-quality service to all customers. * Operate and supervise the games and stations in the store correctly. * Organize and manage preparations for celebrations, especially birthdays. * Monitor and assist with daily inventory and proper handling of materials. * Manage cash register opening and closing, including responsible money handling. * Actively promote sales of services, promotions, and store products. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper presentation of work areas. * Coordinate communication with Human Resources and Administration departments. * Perform other related duties that contribute to the effective operation of the store. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Age: between 18 and 29 years old. * ***Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.*** * ***Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles, leading work teams.*** * ***Additional experience in entertainment, retail, or restaurant industries is preferred.*** * Ability to work in a team, leadership skills, and effective communication. * Customer service orientation, responsibility, and high commitment level. * Dynamic, proactive, and passionate about video games or virtual reality. * Experience in customer service and sales. * Immediate availability and willingness to work rotating shifts. ***WE OFFER:*** \- Contract from day one \- (**Under MYPE regime**). \- Incentive prizes from inter-store contests. \- Base salary S/650\.00 \+ Balance Score (Up to S/150\) \+ Commissions based on achievements. *\- Work schedule: (6 working days \- 1 day off (between Monday to Thursday))* *Mon\-Fri 6:30 pm \- 10:30 pm and Sat\-Sun 4:30 pm \- 10:30 pm (approx)* Type of position: Part-time Salary: S/.650\.00 \- S/.800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site position
