We are currently seeking TALENT for the position of **Tutor/Tutora**. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Monitor student grades, identifying areas with greater and lesser difficulties. * Deliver short 10 to 15-minute talks to students at the beginning of their activities. * Oversee class development, classroom discipline, and teaching materials. * Grade exams using the academy's virtual application. * Administer timed exams. * Print materials for classroom use. * Maintain communication with parents, informing them about their children's progress. * Serve as a liaison between students, administration, and teachers. **Requirements:** * University students in final cycles or graduates in Psychology, Education, Social Work, and/or Law (not mandatory). * Proficiency in Office, Google Drive, and spreadsheets. * Mandatory: Prior experience in Pre-University Academies. **Benefits:** * Training through our Tutor School * Pleasant work environment **Salary: S/1200** Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (7:30 am to 6:30 pm) – 1 hour lunch break.
