




We are looking for an administrative and human resources assistant to perform a variety of administrative tasks related to personnel and the administration department. You will support the administration and HR department in tasks such as updating documentation for the administration and HR areas. Our administrative and human resources assistant position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly. Responsibilities * Maintain employee records (printed and paper copies) * Update human resources databases (e.g., new hires, separations, vacations, and sick leave) * Prepare paperwork for human resources policies and procedures. * Process employee requests and provide relevant information. * Assist in reorganizing administrative documents that are forwarded to accounting. * Support information-related activities in the administration area. Working Hours Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. 2 Saturdays per month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Location: Lurín Mode: On-site Position type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.1,800.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
