**AXIS CONSULTING PARTNER** is growing and looking for **Field Affiliates** to drive driver recruitment for our mobility app partner. If you have energy, a proactive attitude, and a desire to grow, we want you on the team. **Main Responsibilities** * Go into the field to recruit new drivers for the mobility platform. * Actively promote the app's benefits, guide interested individuals, and complete affiliation registrations. * Follow up with contacted drivers to ensure their effective onboarding. * Report daily results to your supervisor and suggest improvements in field strategy. * Coordinate with the internal team for credential delivery, materials, or resolving questions from affiliated drivers. **We Offer** * Base salary (S/ 1,130\) \+ S/600 \+ S/500 in monthly performance bonuses. * Full-time work, supported by training and marketing tools for your role. * Opportunities for career growth within the company, including supervisory or management roles. * A dynamic, innovative, and purpose-driven work environment. * **One-month probation period, followed by a full-time MYPE contract.** **Requirements** * Must be over 18 years old. * No prior experience required in sales, affiliations, or fieldwork. * Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and results-oriented mindset. * Basic proficiency with smartphones. * Availability for in-person work in Metropolitan Lima. * Full-time availability (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.) Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.2,230\.00 per month Work location: On-site
