Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform modeling in Autodesk Revit, 3D views (renders), and walkthrough videos. * Develop detailed construction drawings (sections, elevations, wall typologies). * Prepare municipal and construction documentation. * Perform modeling in Autodesk Revit, 3D views (renders), and walkthrough videos. * Participate in coordination with project teams for proper design development. * Participate in client presentations and meetings. * Ensure all designs comply with regulations, client expectations, and project deadlines. * Prepare quantity take-offs for project budgets, sheets, and presentations. * Manage and maintain up-to-date project documentation and deliverables. * Support any additional needs within the department. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in assigned activities, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in Architecture. * 1 to 2 years of work experience in architectural design. * Desirable experience in industrial plants and/or retail projects and/or site supervision. * Desirable proficiency in REVIT, AUTOCAD, Lumion, 5D Render, and Adobe Photoshop. * Desirable basic knowledge of Dynamo. * Availability to work on-site in Miraflores. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 1**Job Posting** Oct 15, 2025, 8:34:16 PM
