How will you achieve it? * You will record all customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and claims in the corresponding applications. * You will deliver comprehensive service that creates a satisfying customer experience. What do we require from you? * 6 months of experience in customer service. * Knowledge in customer service and advisory. * Availability to work full-time during training. (Fixed schedules from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm during the training month). * Availability to work part-time. * Fixed working hours after training. * Availability to work on-site at the "Centro Cívico" location.
