




**JOIN OUR TEAM!** We are looking for an IT Support Assistant to join our LeadCenter team and ensure efficient and high-quality technical service for our clients. This position focuses on providing technical solutions, maintaining smooth communication with clients, and reporting progress made each day. **Main Responsibilities:** * Meet with clients virtually to gather project requirements. * Configure and customize chatbots using the technological tools provided by the company. * Prepare documentation and daily reports on progress and deliverables for each project. * Provide first-level technical support and equipment maintenance. * Collaborate on integrations of automation tools (Zapier, Make, webhooks). * Ensure smooth communication with the client and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Systems, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. * Experience in technical support or helpdesk (minimum 1 year, desirable). * Basic experience or interest in chatbot development. * Desirable experience in process integrations using **Zapier, Make, or webhooks**. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including macros). **Skills:** * Clear communication and empathy with clients. * Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into practical solutions. * Organized, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies. **Education:** · Technical or university student in final cycles in fields such as Computer Science or Systems Engineering. **SCHEDULE:** .
