Our focus is on guiding clients through every step, whether they’re buying or selling, while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism. **Salary:** $1,000 \- $1,100 USD (monthly) \+ commissions **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Make outbound calls to past clients and sphere of influence to nurture relationships and deliver excellent service. * Reconnect with stale and lukewarm leads to spark new interest and opportunities. * Qualify prospects and arrange next\-step conversations (sales, purchases, or consultations). * Keep client records accurate and organized in Follow Up Boss (CRM). * Communicate proactively with clients, ensuring timely and professional follow\-ups. * Adjust your approach to confidently engage with high\-end and sophisticated clients. * Share feedback and insights on lead quality, client interactions, and emerging trends. **Skills:** * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently and professionally with clients. * Excellent organizational skills to maintain and manage CRM records. * Comfort with technology: VoIP systems, CRM tools, and standard productivity software. * Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative without constant supervision. * Critical thinking and problem\-solving abilities to handle challenges and identify opportunities. * Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads of varying interest levels. * Relationship\-building skills to nurture past clients and maintain long\-term connections. * Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client data and follow\-up processes. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or real estate. * Advanced English (written and spoken) required. * High\-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.) * Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar) **Setting:** Remote **Schedule:** Monday\-Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PDT.
