




We are currently looking for a **Dispatch Assistant** to join our Operations team. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education. * Minimum of **3 months of experience** as a transportation or dispatch assistant (preferred but not mandatory). * Availability to work **Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.** (1 hour lunch break). * Preferably residing in areas near Los Olivos. **Responsibilities:** **In warehouse:** * Carry out receiving, loading, unloading, and dispatching processes for products. * Support the warehouse supervisor and drivers in operational tasks. * Perform receipt and detailed inspection of products, supplies, and packaging. * Conduct detailed review of incoming products, completing the receiving form. **Prior to dispatch:** * Review purchase orders from the daily schedule. * Load products from the picking area onto the truck. * Verify alignment between products, purchase orders, and invoices. * Perform blind counts to ensure loading accuracy. **During the route:** * Verify products at the customer's facility. * Assist the driver during deliveries. * Send dispatch evidence (photos of signed delivery notes and delivered products). **At the end of the shift:** * Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse and delivery vehicle. **Benefits:** * **Onboarding from day one**. * **Life Insurance (Law)** starting on the first day. * Statutory benefits: **CTS, bonuses, and family allowance**.
