**FUNCTIONS:** * **Prepare and serve beverages** of quality according to established recipes. * Provide **friendly, quick and courteous service** to customers at the bar. * **Keep the work area clean and organized**. * **Verify and monitor inventory** of beverages, supplies and bar utensils. * Comply with company-established **hygiene, presentation and safety protocols**.
