





**Chef de Cocina – Restaurante La Choza Cutervina (Carabayllo)** **Job Description:** At La Choza Cutervina, we share the authentic Cajamarca flavor with a Creole touch that delights our customers. We are looking for a Chef with excellent seasoning, responsibility, and passion for traditional Peruvian cuisine. Location: Carabayllo, Lima Schedule: Monday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one day off during the week) Salary: S/ 2,000 per month **Requirements:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Creole or regional cuisine restaurants. * Knowledge of typical Cajamarca and Creole dishes. * Skill in daily supplies control and purchasing. * Organized, punctual, clean individual with leadership skills. * Good performance under pressure and teamwork ability. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and present menu dishes with quality and traditional flavor. * Carry out daily ingredient purchases, controlling quality and costs. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Supervise the proper use of equipment and utensils. * Create and propose new dishes or special promotions. * Ensure food safety and good handling practices. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary: S/ 2,000 * Meals during shift (breakfast and lunch) * Positive work environment. * Growth and stability opportunities.
