We are a company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of paints, coatings, and related products. We are currently seeking a Chemical Engineer responsible for organizing, supervising, and continuously improving the production process, as well as developing and controlling the quality of new products. Main responsibilities: Plan, organize, and supervise production activities. Control the formulation and dosage of raw materials. Ensure the quality of finished products according to established standards. Participate in the development and innovation of new paint and coating lines. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse departments for supply of materials. Implement improvements in production processes and industrial safety procedures. Prepare technical and production control reports. Requirements: Degree or graduate in Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production plants or chemical laboratories (preferably in paints, resins, or industrial products). Knowledge of paint formulation, quality control, and safety regulations. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word). Leadership, planning, and teamwork skills.
