We are passionate about education and are looking for talented Sales Executives to join our team and close sales via phone. **Ideal Profile:** * Minimum of 1.5 years of experience as a teleoperator or in call centers (Required) * You are accustomed to maintaining a high call volume and enjoy exceeding your goals. * Attention to detail and adherence to commercial processes. * Experience in lead follow-up and customer retention. * You enjoy working in a team, giving and receiving constructive feedback to improve your sales pitch. * Knowledge and experience using any CRM tool to track your activities (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho...). * You are resilient and adaptable to any environment. * You are results-oriented and motivated to close sales. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1.5 years of experience selling tangible or intangible products or services via phone, or in companies within the education sector, training courses (diploma programs, Master's degrees, MBA). * Laptop or PC with Windows 10 or higher. * Stable internet connection for daily meetings. * Availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. * Ability to issue invoices (RUC). **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary with a base of S/.1,200 + commissions + weekly and monthly bonuses. * 100% remote work. * Birthday holiday. * Opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing team.
