**Full job description** Furniture company for shopping centers, We are looking for a Corporate Sales Advisor with knowledge in **furniture design and implementation of sales points in shopping centers** to join our team. The candidate must have experience in customer service, both in-person and virtual, showing an appropriate attitude and willingness towards work, highlighting their knowledge in architectural design. The main objective of the position is to advise customers, prepare quotations, provide project follow-up, and accompany clients through to sale closure and installation scheduling. **Responsibilities:** \- Online / In-person assistance at store or Show Room (factory) \- Technical visits, deliveries (field) \- Coordinate with the furniture production department \- Blueprints / 3D Designs \- Updating catalogs / products on the website (basic) \- Social media management (posting ads, stories, reels) \- Conduct live streams \- Cost estimation and quotations (must have experience) \- Order and customer follow-up \- Advising customers in-store and via WhatsApp to close sales \- Generate customer portfolio \- Other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor **Requirements:** Technical or university degree (preferably in final cycles) in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields. Proficiency in Office software at user level. Knowledge of design software (desirable). Creativity and attention to detail. Communication skills and teamwork ability. Strong oral and written communication skills. Customer service or sales experience desirable. Essential creative and commercial skills. Good personal presentation, style, and aesthetic vision.
