**We are looking for a COMMUNITY MANAGER INTERN to join Soul Digital Marketing!** Are you passionate about digital marketing, design, and social media? At **Soul Digital Marketing**, we give you the opportunity to **apply your knowledge**, develop your creativity, and learn how a marketing agency works from the inside. **What will you do?** * Create, plan, and execute social media content (Reels, posts, stories, TikToks, etc.). * Design graphic materials aligned with each brand's visual identity. * Edit videos and optimize them for different social media formats. * Participate in brainstorming sessions, idea generation, and content strategies. * Monitor metrics and prepare basic performance reports. * Keep monthly content calendars and deliverables up to date. * Support filming and have **willingness to appear on camera** when necessary. **What we are looking for:** * Recent student of **Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Graphic Design.** * Basic knowledge of **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere, or CapCut.** * Ability to adapt visual styles according to the client's industry. * Creativity, punctuality, and excellent communication skills. * Desirable experience with **cameras or audiovisual tools.** * Passion for social media, creativity, and digital content. * Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork. **Working hours** * Monday to Friday: **8:00 am – 6:00 pm** * Saturdays: **9:00 am – 12:00 pm (Hybrid mode)** **What we offer** * **Monthly stipend of S/. 1,130.** * Office address: Calle Pablo de Olavide 135, Lima. * **Constant training** in digital marketing, design, and social media management. * **Personalized mentoring** and continuous feedback. * Opportunity to **grow within the agency** based on performance. * Positive work environment and involvement in real projects with diverse brands.
