




We are looking for an experienced, creative, responsible, and passionate Community Manager with a love for social media. If you are a creative, organized person with a good eye for trends and a passion for detail, we are looking for you! **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate or Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Manager. * Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar). * Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator). * Knowledge of digital strategy and organic positioning. * Must reside in Carabayllo or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Develop the monthly digital marketing plan focused on visibility, positioning, and conversion goals. * Create the content calendar for all social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube). * Research trends and relevant topics to adapt content accordingly. * Analyze metrics and results to optimize strategies. * Write scripts for TikTok and Reels. * Propose creative video ideas based on trends and brand personality. * Create and edit dynamic and engaging videos. * Design graphic assets for social media, websites, and emails. * Respond to messages and comments across all platforms. * Design and schedule promotional or informational emails. * Contribute ideas for launch campaigns or promotions. * Present reports with insights to improve digital strategy. * Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns. **BENEFITS** * Positive work environment. * Salary: S/1,500 on payroll (with all legal benefits). * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * On-site work mode in Carabayllo.
