We are looking for a creative, organized individual with excellent customer service skills to serve as Community Manager and Reservation Coordinator at our café. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and administer the brand's social media accounts. * Create engaging content for posts, stories, and digital campaigns. * Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries via social media and WhatsApp. * Coordinate and manage café reservations, appointments, and events. * Follow up with potential customers and confirmed reservations. * Prepare basic reports on customer interaction and service. * Coordinate with operational teams to ensure an optimal customer experience. * Propose initiatives and campaigns to increase business visibility and sales. Requirements: * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media and customer service. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. * Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools. * Proactivity, creativity, and customer orientation. * Availability to work on-site in Ate.
