




At Synopsis S.A., we are looking for a Help Desk Coordinator! **Requirements:** * 4 years of experience in Ticket Management / ITSM. * Experience managing work teams. * Proficiency with ticketing platforms: CA Service Desk, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or others. * Knowledge in defining, monitoring, and controlling SLAs and service indicators. * Experience in Cloud operations (Azure and AWS) (Desirable) **Working Conditions:** * Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week at the office – San Isidro). * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Benefits: Full payroll benefits.
