We are seeking an **Operations and Customer Service Coordinator** to organize daily services and serve as the primary contact for our customers. **REQUIREMENTS** * University or technical students or graduates in Administration, International Business, or related fields. * **3–6 months** of experience in customer service, operations, or administrative roles. * Basic proficiency in **Excel and Word**. * Location: Must reside in El Agustino or neighboring districts. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Service scheduling: Organize and coordinate environmental sanitation services. * Customer service: Communicate with clients via phone calls and emails. * Quotation preparation: Prepare quotes for offered services. * Other duties: Perform administrative tasks assigned by your immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Base salary: S/ 1300 \+ commissions. * Biweekly payments. * MYPE payroll: Official employment from day one, including all statutory benefits. * Ongoing training: Opportunities for learning and professional growth. * Work environment: Excellent working climate, collaborative and team-oriented.
