




We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual in healthcare to join our team as an admissions officer. You will play a key role in providing high-quality care and administrative support to patients and medical teams. Main Responsibilities * Personalized patient service. * Scheduling appointments and coordinating care. * Sending welcome emails, follow-ups, and responding to inquiries. * Issuing invoices and verifying service billing. * Daily cash reconciliation management. * Effective coordination with medical staff. * Reporting and other related administrative tasks. Requirements * Previous customer service experience (preferably in healthcare). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel). * Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork, results-oriented, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
