Discover our vacancy for DATA STRATEGIST SPECIALIST **Job Responsibilities:** * Consolidate and maintain the master plan of the data portfolio (schedules, dependencies, milestones) and the OKR/KPI dashboard. * Prepare periodic executive reports, early warnings, and escalation of risks/blockers. * Coordinate activities with business cells/units (Chile and Peru), organize forums, meeting minutes, and follow-up on agreements. * Support budgetary and contractual management: requirement gathering, follow-ups, consumption/license control, basic support to FinOps together with IT. * Promote data literacy and self-service: schedule trainings, prepare materials/guides, and measure adoption. * Document frameworks, templates, and playbooks; maintain updated repositories. * Support measuring the value of data products (defining metrics, baselines, and tracking with business). **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Economics/Administration Knowledge/studies in Quantitative Methods or Business/Data Analytics Foundation in project management or PMO, analytics, and process improvement Minimum of 4 years of experience in data programs, analytics, digital transformation, or strategic management Experience in digital/data-driven transformation programs Adoption of Data Mesh, data literacy, and change management Proficiency in agile methodologies, portfolio management, and OKRs Solid knowledge of cloud platforms and BI **Offer Conditions:** **Benefits:** * Trainings and courses * Beverages and snacks * Additional parental leave * Flexible working hours * Additional parental leave
