**Requirements:** * Technical degree in textile production, graphic arts, quality control or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year operating digital textile printing or textile sublimation machinery (preferably roll-to-roll). * Desired experience with industrial printers (e.g.: EFI Reggiani, MS Printing Solutions, Mimaki, Durst, etc.). * Knowledge of fabric types, inks (reactive, disperse, pigment), and textile finishes. * Visual and technical quality control (color density, alignment, continuity). * Ability to read and interpret technical design and color specifications. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and load fabric rolls into the machine according to technical design specifications. * Set digital printing parameters (colors, resolution, alignment). * Verify digital designs and perform test prints prior to mass production. * Perform basic preventive maintenance on the machine and report technical issues. * Monitor finished product quality according to design and colorimetric standards. * Maintain records of production, incidents, and ink/material consumption. * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area. **Salary:** S/1500 to S/2500 (subject to evaluation) **Work Schedule:** Mon-Fri: 8:15 am to 5:30 pm \- Sat: 8:15 am to 1:45 pm Employment type: Full-time Wage: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Application Questions: * Are you available immediately? * Can you work in La Victoria? * What is your salary expectation? * Please provide your mobile number/WhatsApp for contact.
