At Restaurantes La Nación 1821, we are seeking our next **DISH/Vajillero** Full Time to join our team at our **Plaza Santa Catalina location in La Victoria**: **Profile:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions within the restaurant industry. * Availability for full-time schedule * Basic knowledge of hygiene standards and food handling * Competencies: sense of urgency, tolerance, organization, responsibility, order, speed, attention to detail, teamwork, and positive attitude. **Responsibilities:** · Properly wash, disinfect, and store dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen utensils. · Assist in deep cleaning common kitchen areas (floors, walls, hoods, etc.). · Support kitchen staff in cleaning their work areas. · Properly manage waste by segregating according to restaurant regulations. · Use cleaning products safely and efficiently, avoiding waste. · Report any damage or malfunctioning cleaning equipment. · Keep the washing area organized and free of obstructions. · Assist with additional cleaning tasks as operationally needed. · Perform any other functions and/or activities related to job requirements. **Working conditions:** \- Employment under MYPE (Microenterprise) payroll (50% Bonus and CTS) \- Salary of S/1200 \+ commissions \- Work schedule: From 8 am to 5 pm – (approximately 3 times per week) From 2 pm to 11 pm – (approximately 3 times per week) One day off between Monday and Thursday (fixed) \- Available location: **Plaza Santa Catalina \- La Victoria / Av.
