We are looking for Elementary Teachers for the TRUJILLO location MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare class sessions taking into account students' needs and adhering to the pedagogical model of Innova Schools. \- Deliver in-person classes to students. \- Establish and maintain an organized classroom environment conducive to learning. \- Guide and support students' work to promote the development of expected competencies. \- Propose and implement improvements in the teaching process to achieve expected learning outcomes. \- Foster collaborative and respectful relationships with students' parents or guardians. REQUIREMENTS: \- Graduate of a teacher training program, Bachelor's or licensed degree in education. \- Experience delivering in-person classes. \- Knowledge and proficiency in computer tools (Office and internet). \- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a teacher.
