**Job Description** The Christian Association of Young People of Peru (**YMCA Peru)** is looking for top talent to fill the position of: **FINANCE ASSISTANT.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Actively participate in the planning, scheduling, and control of the association's overall budget and financial resources, ensuring efficient and responsible financial management. * Monitor and control expenses assigned to each department, contributing to budget tracking and strategic decision-making. * Provide support in implementing internal controls and improving administrative and financial processes. * Analyze accounting processes related to suppliers, ensuring clarity and compliance in recordkeeping. * Schedule payments and record banking transactions in an orderly and timely manner. * Manage payments through banking platforms (checks, vouchers, account deposits, among others), ensuring their proper recording and execution. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Administration and Finance * At least 1 year of experience performing similar duties * Experience preparing and analyzing financial management and control reports. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and SAP * Availability to work in Pueblo Libre * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **BENEFITS:** * Salary: S/1800\.00 * Payroll registration from day one * Free corporate gym * Starting from the 4th month, food and transportation bonus * Career development path and pleasant work environment Employment type: Full-time Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you have experience participating in improvement processes?
