We are seeking to add a **Human Resources Assistant** to our team at our Santa Anita location. **Education:** Technical degree or university graduate in Administration, Accounting, HR, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** * Review and validate daily attendance records (check-ins, tardiness, absences). * Update the general timesheet before payroll closing. * Report incidents (absences, leaves, medical leave, permissions) prior to processing. * Record deductions for absences and tardiness in coordination with Management. * Prepare employment contracts and renew T\-Registro within established deadlines. * Coordinate with Treasury or Accounting the payroll closing and payment dates. * Maintain organized digital and physical employee files. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll preparation or support, T\-Registro, timesheets, and attendance control (SNP, AFP, EsSalud, withholdings, etc.). * Technical knowledge of T\-Registro and PLAME. * Knowledge of current labor legislation and personnel management (rest periods, leaves, tardiness, absences, overtime). **Working conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Workplace:** Santa Anita branch. * **Salary range:** 1500 to 2000 soles.
