A renowned Aesthetic Dermatology Center requires incorporating top talent into its team for the position of **INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER**. **REQUIREMENTS** 1.- Bachelor's degree or graduated in Industrial Engineering. 2.- Knowledge in process management. 3.- Experience using modeling and simulation tools to optimize processes. 4.- Ability to lead and manage process improvement projects from planning to implementation. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1.- Develop process manuals for various departments within the Center. 2.- Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify improvement opportunities. 3.- Design and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency across all departments. 4.- Supervise the implementation of process changes and ensure their proper execution. 5.- Conduct risk analysis and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
